In a medium bowl drizzle chicken breast with olive oil and toss with taco seasoning to coat. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from the pan. Add pinto beans to the pan and cook until heated through.
Divide rice between bowls. Top with chicken breast, pinto beans, cheese, tomato and avocado.
Drizzle with Garlic Lime Sauce and Salsa.
To make Garlic Lime Sauce, combine sour cream, garlic, lime juice, and zest in a small bowl. Whisk until combined.
Notes
Allow it to sit for an hour, or put it in the freezer for 15 minutes or so for the chocolate to harden.
