2 eggs 1 cup breadcrumbs ¼ cup grated parmesan 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning ¼ teaspoon sea salt ¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper 9 ounces bite-sized cheese ravioli Cooking spray For Serving: Crockpot Marinara Sauce parmesan
Beat the eggs in a shallow bowl.
In a separate shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Dip the ravioli in the eggs, and then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture, using your hands to gently press the mixture into the ravioli.
Transfer to a parchment-lined platter or baking sheet and repeat with the remaining ravioli.
Spray both sides of the ravioli with oil.
Preheat your air fryer to 375° F.
Arrange the ravioli in a single layer, using an air fryer liner if desired.
Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway through until the ravioli are golden brown.
Top with additional parmesan and serve with marinara sauce.
Baking Instructions Preheat your oven to 375° F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Bake for 8 minutes. Flip, and bake for an additional 4 to 8 minutes, until golden brown.
