Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 9 ounces bite-sized cheese ravioli
  • Cooking spray
  • For Serving: Crockpot Marinara Sauce parmesan

Instructions

  • Beat the eggs in a shallow bowl.
  • In a separate shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  • Dip the ravioli in the eggs, and then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture, using your hands to gently press the mixture into the ravioli.
  • Transfer to a parchment-lined platter or baking sheet and repeat with the remaining ravioli.
  • Spray both sides of the ravioli with oil.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375° F.
  • Arrange the ravioli in a single layer, using an air fryer liner if desired.
  • Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway through until the ravioli are golden brown.
  • Top with additional parmesan and serve with marinara sauce.

Baking Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375° F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 8 minutes. Flip, and bake for an additional 4 to 8 minutes, until golden brown.
