Ingredients

  • 1 pound brussels sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil divided
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup toasted walnuts

Instructions

  • Trip the ends off your Brussels sprouts and halve them lengthwise.
  • Put them in a bowl and toss with 1 tablespoon of the oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Preheat your Ninja Foodi in air fry mode to 400° F. While the air fryer is preheating, combine the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil, lemon juice, maple syrup, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  • Working in batches, arrange the Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Transfer the sprouts back to the bowl and toss with the lemon maple mixture. Top with walnuts and serve warm.
