Ingredients

  • ½ cup milk such as Fairlife or half and half
  • ¾ cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 - 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • cup allulose or sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract or vanilla paste
  • teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Add the milk, yogurt, protein powder, allulose, vanilla, and salt in a blender. Process until smooth.
  • Transfer to your Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for 24 hours.
  • Remove the lid from the pint and place in the outer bowl of the Creami. Install the creamerizer paddle to the outer bowl’s lid.
  • Rotate the lid to lock and place on the unit.
  • Press the ice cream button and process.
  • After the first spin, select the spin again.
  • Your protein powder ice cream is now ready to enjoy!
