30-Minute Blackstone French Toast

6 large eggs beaten ¾ cup half and half 2 tablespoons brown sugar ½ teaspoon vanilla extract ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon ¼ teaspoon sea salt 1 loaf bread sliced 1-inch think (Brioche, Sourdough, French, Texas Toast) Butter for cooking Toppings: Maple syrup honey, yogurt, powdered sugar, whipped cream, blueberry or strawberry compote and/or berries, for serving
In a large measuring cup, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
Arrange the bread in a shallow casserole dish, and your the mixture over them, turning them until they are well moistened.
Allow to sit for 15 minutes.
Heat your Blackstone grilled to moderately low heat, about 325° F.
Melt the butter in your griddle and cook until golden, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
