116-ounce bag frozen French fries, thawed slightly
⅓cupavocado or canola oil
1teaspoonsea salt
Instructions
Remove your fries from the freezer and separate them into a bowl. Let them sit at room temperature for 15 minutes while your griddle preheats.
Preheat your griddle to medium-low. If your griddle has a cover, keep it down while you are preheating.
Spread the oil out in an even layer on the section of the griddle you will be cooking your fries.
Add the slightly thawed fries in a single layer. Be careful to break them apart before adding to your griddle if you have any large clumps that are stuck together.
Close the lid if you have one, and let them cook undisturbed for 7 minutes.
Stir, and cook for another 10 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.
