Air Fryer Turkey Meatballs

For an easy meal your kids will actually cheer for, these air fryer turkey meatballs hit the spot. Juicy, a little smoky, and somehow both light and filling, they come together fast. Best of all, there is no splattering oil and no pan to babysit. Just flip once, and dinner’s done in about 15 minutes.

Storage

Store cooked meatballs in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. You can keep them in the freezer for up to three months. I recommend lining a baking sheet with parchment paper and then freezing the leftover meatballs solid before transferring them to a freezer bag. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
