Blackstone Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons salted butter at room temperature
  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 to 4 slices cheese

Instructions

  • Spread your butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place one of the pieces of bread butter side down on a cutting board and layer the cheese.
  • Add the remaining piece of bread butter side up.
  • Heat your Blackstone Griddle to medium-low heat. (300 °F to 325 °F) Butter your Blackstone lightly. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
