Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 4 ounces blue cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • ¼ cup chopped chives
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pimento
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon celery salt or smoked salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Place the cream cheese and sour cream in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Add the blue cheese crumbles, horseradish, chives, pimento, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt and pepper.  Pulse until the mixture is combined.
  • Transfer to a bowl or a storage container and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
