This Matcha Green Tea Latte with lemon and collagen protein is an excellent way to start the day! With creamy cashew milk, a touch of sweetener, this latte just may replace your coffee.
n a small saucepan, heat the cashew milk to a simmer.
In a separate sauce pan, bring water to a boil. Stir in matcha green tea powder and whisk until well combined.
Transfer milk mixture and tea to a glass jar and add lemon juice, sweetener, and collagen protein powder. Blend with an immersion blender until frothy. Transfer to a cup and serve immediately.

Believe it or not, adding the right fats to your diet can be a good thing. Add a tablespoon of coconut oil or MCT oil. I am a BIG fan of Brain Octane Oil.
Matcha Green Tea with Honey
In place of Swerve use 1 tablespoon of honey.

For a richer drink, replace the cashew milk with canned coconut milk.
