These Air Fryer Mushrooms are totally unforgettable. They are the only thing I want to eat on top of a steak and are also fabulous with burgers. Dinner bliss! No Air Fryer? You can make them in the oven too!
Place the mushrooms in a medium bowl and toss with oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender.
While the mushrooms cook, melt the butter in a small pot or skillet. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, and crushed red pepper.
Toss mushrooms with butter. Garnish with parsley if desired.
Oven Instructions
Preheat an oven to 400 degrees.
Season the mushrooms as instructed above and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Cook for 18 to 22 minutes, until tender.
