Blackstone BBQ Chicken is the perfect way to elevate your next family meal. With juicy, tender chicken cooked to perfection and glazed with your favorite BBQ sauce, you've got a quick family dinner that will make you a superstar. Fire up your flat-top grill, and let's get started - weeknight dinners just got a lot more delicious.

INGREDIENTS

– 2 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts – 2 tablespoons BBQ seasoning – 1 ½ teaspoons sea salt – 1 cup BBQ sauce divided

– Using a meat mallet, pound your chicken breast to even thickness. – Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with the BBQ seasoning and salt.

– You can refrigerate overnight or proceed immediately. – Preheat your Blackstone Griddle to medium-low.  (About 350°F.)

– Brush oil on the griddle surface.

– Add the chicken, and cook for 4 minutes.  Flip, and cook for another 4 minutes.

– Brush with ½ cup of the BBQ sauce and continue cooking, flipping occasionally and brushing with more sauce, for another 6 to 10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and an instant-read thermometer registers 160°F.

– Transfer the chicken to a plate, and tend with oil.  Rest for 5 minutes, and then serve with additional BBQ sauce.
