Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

INGREDIENTS

– 16 ounces peanut butter – 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk – ½ teaspoon baking soda – ¼ teaspoon sea salt – 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

– Spray an 8” x 8” pan with cooking spray, and line with aluminum foil in both directions, so that the sheets of foil lie perpendicular to each other with extra foil hanging over the edges. 

– Spray the foil well.

– Place the peanut butter and condensed milk in a heavy-duty pot over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, and whisk in the baking soda and salt. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

– Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, and place a piece of plastic wrap on top.

– Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until set.

– Slice into squares and serve.
