Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
- 16 ounces peanut butter
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Spray an 8” x 8” pan with cooking spray, and line with aluminum foil in both directions, so that the sheets of foil lie perpendicular to each other with extra foil hanging over the edges. Spray the foil well.
- Place the peanut butter and condensed milk in a heavy-duty pot over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, and whisk in the baking soda and salt. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, and place a piece of plastic wrap on top.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until set.
- Slice into squares and serve.
