INGREDIENTS

– 16 ounces broccoli florets – ⅓ cup olive oil – ¼ cup balsamic vinegar – 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard – 1 tablespoon sugar – ½ teaspoon garlic salt – ½ teaspoon salt – ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

– Place the broccoli florets in a shallow dish.

– In a mason jar, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, sugar, garlic salt, salt, and crushed red pepper flakes. 

– Put the lid on and shake well, or combine with an immersion blender.

– Pour over the broccoli and refrigerate for 24 hours.
