INGREDIENTS

– 2 zucchini halved and then cut into moons – 2 tablespoons avocado oil – 1 teaspoon sea salt – ½ teaspoon garlic powder – ¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper – ¼ cup Parmesan cheese – 2 tablespoons chopped pecans optional
