Air Fryer Mushrooms

Mushrooms are my go-to forever favorite when it comes to adding a little something extra to any meal. It doesn’t get much better than these Air Fryer Mushrooms. Perfectly cooked mushrooms in a lemon garlic butter sauce ensure that dinner bliss is imminent.

INGREDIENTS

– 12 ounces mushrooms sliced – 1 tablespoon olive oil – Salt and Pepper to taste For Topping – 3 tablespoons grass-fed butter – 1 teaspoon minced garlic – 1 teaspoon lemon juice – ½ teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes

– Preheat an air fryer to 370 degrees.

– Place the mushrooms in a medium bowl and toss with oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

– Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

– Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender.

– While the mushrooms cook, melt the butter in a small pot or skillet. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, and crushed red pepper.

– Toss mushrooms with butter. Garnish with parsley if desired.
