Air Fryer Pizza Pockets

If you're looking for a fun dish you can make with the kids, try Homemade Air Fryer Pizza Pockets! Melty parmesan and mozzarella mixed with pizza seasoning and topped with marinara make the perfect ooey-gooey filling. Best of all, prep is a breeze thanks to the premade crust we use for our Pizza Pockets!

INGREDIENTS

– 14 ounces refrigerated pie crust about 2 crusts – 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese – 1/4 cup shredded parmesan – 2 teaspoons pizza seasoning or Italian seasoning – 1/4 cup chopped pepperoni optional – 1 cup marinara – 1 tablespoon milk – 1 egg beaten

– Preheat your air fryer to 375 °F.

– Roll out the pie crusts and cut into 6 circles. (About 5 Inches) – Gather the rest of the dough and roll out again. Cut into 2 more circles.

– In a medium bowl, combine the mozzarella, parmesan, and pizza seasoning. – Divide the cheese and pepperoni mixture between the circles and top each with 1 tablespoon of marinara.

– Using a silicone brush, dab the edge of the circle with milk.

– Fold the circles in half and crimp the edges with a fork. (Or use an empanada press.)

– Brush the crust with the beaten egg. – Cook in a single layer for 10 to 15 minutes, until golden brown. – Serve with the remaining marinara.
