– ¼ cup balsamic vinegar – ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil – 2 tablespoons Swerve or other sweetener – 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard – 1 tablespoon minced garlic more or less to taste – 1 teaspoon sea salt – ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper – ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional

– Place the ingredients in a blender.

– Combine.

– Transfer to a mason jar.
