INGREDIENTS
– 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined – ½ teaspoon salt – ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper – ½ cup unsalted butter divided – 2 tablespoons minced garlic – ½ teaspoon red chili flakes – 1 lemon juiced and zested
– Season both sides of the shrimp with salt and pepper.
