INGREDIENTS

– 2 pounds ground beef – 1 tablespoon minced garlic – 3 tablespoons taco seasoning – ½ cup salsa – 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice – 16 6-inch corn tortillas – For serving: shredded cheese tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sour cream, salsa, cilantro, Mexican slaw for tacos

– Preheat your Blackstone Griddle to medium heat (about 350 - 400 degrees F). Oil well.

– Add the ground beef to your giddle. Cook, breaking apart with a spatula, until the meat starts to brown. Try to keep the meat mixture on one side of the griddle so that you can cook the tortillas on the other side. Add the garlic and sprinkle the taco seasoning over the meat. Stir to combine.

– Add the salsa and stir. Using a squeeze bottle, add just enough water to make the meat mixture saucy.

– Will the meat is cooking, warm the tortillas on the other side of the griddle, about 1 to 3 minutes per side. Use more oil and time for crispy shells, and less for softer shells.

– Remove the meat from the heat and transfer to a bowl. Drizzle with lime juice and stir.
