Brie Cheese Sandwich with Apples

– 4 tablespoons butter at room temperature – 4 tablespoons mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard – 8 slices bread – 8 ounces brie cheese sliced – 1 apple cored and sliced thin Instructions
