Fresh Green Beans on the Blackstone Griddle

Homemade Blackstone Green Beans are the ultimate easy side dish. These crisp, tender green beans pack a punch of garlicky flavor. Perfect for family dinners or an easy addition to your backyard barbecue, they will keep everyone coming back for more.

INGREDIENTS

– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter softened – 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar – 1 teaspoon minced garlic – 1 ½ pounds green beans trimmed and snapped – 1 teaspoon salt – ½ teaspoon black pepper – ¼ cup sliced or slivered almonds

– In a small dish, stir together the butter, vinegar and garlic.

– Preheat your griddle to medium-high heat.  (375°F to 400°F).

– Oil your griddle well.  Add the green beans and sprinkle with the salt and pepper.

– Cook, stirring occasionally, for 6 minutes.

– Dot the balsamic garlic butter on top of the beans and cook for another 2 minutes or to desired tenderness.

– Top with the almonds and serve.
