Ninja Creami Mango Sorbet

INGREDIENTS

– 16 ounces diced mango chunks – ⅓ cup sugar – ¼ cup water – 2 tablespoons lime juice – ⅛ teaspoon sea salt

– Place the mango chunks, sugar, water, lime juice and salt in a blender. 

– Process until smooth, adding more water if necessary.

– Taste, and adjust the sweetness if desired. (Mangos can vary wildly in sweetness depending on how ripe they are.)

– Pour into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for at least 24 hours.

– Remove the pint from the freezer and secure on the Ninja Creami base. 

Select the SORBET button, and process according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
