Ninja Creami Pineapple Sorbet

Ninja Creami Pineapple Sorbet is a sweet and refreshing icy treat that will keep you coming back for more.  This super-quick and flavor-packed dessert captures the tropical goodness of fresh pineapple with a perfectly smooth and creamy texture that feels like a mini-vacation in each bite. With almost no prep time, this no-fuss recipe is perfect for summer, but truth be told, we enjoy it throughout the year.

INGREDIENTS

– 16 ounces chopped pineapple – ⅓ cup sugar or honey – ⅓ cup water – 1 tablespoon lemon juice – ⅛ teaspoon sea salt

– Place the pineapple, sugar, water, lemon juice and salt in a blender.  

– Process for 2 minutes, or until smooth.

– Pour the pineapple mixture into your Ninja Creami pint.  Add the lid, and place in your freezer for at least 24 hours.

– Remove the storage lid from the pint, and place the container on the Creami base.

– Add the lid, and select the SORBET button.  

– Process according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
