INGREDIENTS
Glaze – 3 tablespoons ketchup – 1 tablespoon brown sugar – ½ tablespoon balsamic vinegar – 1 teaspoon soy sauce Meatloaf – 2 pounds ground beef – 2 large eggs beaten – ½ cup breadcrumbs – ½ onion chopped fine or grated – 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar – 2 teaspoons minced garlic – 1 ½ teaspoons sea salt – ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
– Make the glaze by whisking together the ketchup, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, and soy sauce.
– In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, onion, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper.
