INGREDIENTS

Cheese Spread – 2 ounces cream cheese at room temperature – 2 tablespoons butter at room temperature – 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish – 1 tablespoon brown mustard – 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives – Salt and pepper Mushrooms – 8 ounces sliced mushrooms Sandwich – 8 slices hearty bread – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 12 ounces roast beef deli or home cooked

– In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, butter, horseradish, mustard, and chives. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and stir until everything is combined.
