INGREDIENTS
– 1 ½ cups cooked chickpeas drained and rinsed (1 can) – ¼ cup roasted red peppers drained – ¼ cup tahini – 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil – 2 tablespoons lemon juice – 1 teaspoon minced garlic – 1 teaspoon smoked paprika – 1 teaspoon sea salt – ½ teaspoon black pepper
– Place the chickpeas, roasted red peppers, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, smoked paprika, salt and black pepper in a food processor,
– Process until fully combined.
– Serve with crackers, carrot sticks, celery sticks and grape tomatoes.
