It's no secret that peanut butter and chocolate are a heavenly combination, so it should be no surprise that these air fryer peanut butter cookies are amazing. These cookies are soft, chewy, and full of delicious peanut butter flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup unsalted butter at room temperature
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder in a medium bowl.
  • In a stand mixer's bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar over medium speed until fluffy, about 3 minutes.
  • Add the peanut butter and beat until incorporated.
  • Scrape down the bowl, and add the egg and vanilla. Beat until incorporated.
  • Add the flour mixture and process until just incorporated.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 325° F.
  • Roll the cookies into balls and place them in your air fryer, cooking in batches if necessary.
  • Make a crosshatch design using a fork.
  • Cook for 7 to 8 minutes, until golden.
  • Allow to cool for 5 minutes, and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
