Ingredients

  • 12 ounces green beans trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 lemon juice and zest
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts toasted

Instructions

  • Place the green beans in a medium or large mixing bowl. Toss with the avocado oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and lemon pepper.

  • Cook for 8 minutes, tossing halfway through.
