Glaze ½ cup ketchup 2 tablespoons brown sugar more or less to taste 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Place the breadcrumbs in a large bowl and add the salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
Add the eggs, milk, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir, and then add the ground beef and parmesan. Mix with clean hands until combined.
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
Form the meat into a loaf and place it in your air fryer basket.
Cook for 25 minutes. While the meatloaf is cooking, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, and balsamic vinegar in a bowl.
Brush on top of the meatloaf and cook for another 10 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165°F.
Remove from the air fryer basket and allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
