Air Fryer Meatloaf

Ingredients

Meatloaf

Glaze

  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar more or less to taste
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  • Place the breadcrumbs in a large bowl and add the salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.  Stir to combine.
  • Add the eggs, milk, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir, and then add the ground beef and parmesan.  Mix with clean hands until combined.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
  • Form the meat into a loaf and place it in your air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 25 minutes.  While the meatloaf is cooking, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, and balsamic vinegar in a bowl.
  • Brush on top of the meatloaf and cook for another 10 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165°F.
  • Remove from the air fryer basket and allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
