Blackstone Egg Roll in a Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef chicken, or pork
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger or frozen
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 10 ounces coleslaw mix
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons chicken or beef broth optional
  • ¼ cup green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Heat your Blackstone Griddle to medium high heat. Add the ground meat, and break up with the back of a spoon or a meat pounder. Sprinkle evenly with salt, and stir.
  • Cook until the meat is browned, about 7 minutes.
  • Add the garlic and the ginger, and stir to combine.
  • Make a space in the center of the meat, and add the sesame oil and rice vinegar. Stir to combine.
  • Add the coleslaw mix, and stir in the soy sauce and sriracha. Close the lid, and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the broth if desired.
  • Serve warm with green onions and sesame seeds.
