4 all-beef hot dogs 3 tablespoons butter 4 hot dog buns
Preheat your griddle to medium-high heat.
Remove the hot dogs from the package. Dry them with a paper towel.
Use a knife to make 4 to 6 cuts about ⅛ inch deep.
Add the butter to the flat top surface, and add the hot dogs. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, using tongs to rotate so all sides are cooked.
If desired, heat the buns on the griddle until warm. To keep them soft, you can wrap them in foil.
