Crockpot Oatmeal with Cinnamon Apples is my low-effort, high-reward breakfast. Old-fashioned oats turn silky while cinnamon apples soften, brown sugar melts in, and a little butter makes it lush. Set it, sleep, wake to a warm, spoonable bowl that tastes like apple pie.
Add the apples and then sprinkle with the brown sugar. Toss to coat
Cube the butter and scatter it over the apples. Add the water, oats, walnuts, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
