Fresh Green Beans on the Blackstone

Homemade Blackstone Green Beans are the ultimate easy side dish. These crisp, tender green beans pack a punch of garlicky flavor. Perfect for family dinners or an easy addition to your backyard barbecue, they will keep everyone coming back for more.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 ½ pounds green beans trimmed and snapped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup sliced or slivered almonds

Instructions

  • In a small dish, stir together the butter, vinegar and garlic.
  • Preheat your griddle to medium-high heat.  (375°F to 400°F).
  • Oil your griddle well.  Add the green beans and sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
  • Cook, stirring occasionally, for 6 minutes.
  • Dot the balsamic garlic butter on top of the beans and cook for another 2 minutes or to desired tenderness.
  • Top with the almonds and serve.
