Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned pineapple drained and juices reserved
  • ½ cup coconut cream or canned coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the pineapple, coconut cream, honey, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and salt.  Process until smooth.  Taste, and add more honey if desired.
  • Transfer to a Ninja Creami pint and freeze for 24 hours.
  • Remove the lid from the pint, and secure the container on the Ninja Creami base.
  • Select SORBET and process according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Add up to ¼ cup of reserved pineapple juice or coconut cream and re-spin.
