Raise your hand if you waited in long lines at Disney to purchase the much-loved Dole Whip!
I know I have.
If you are looking to enjoy that family favorite without the lines, making dole whip in the Ninja Creami is the perfect solution.
With just minutes of hands-on time, you'll create a velvety, pineapple-infused treat that's perfect for cooling down on warm days.

Ingredients
- Pineapple: We like to use canned pineapple chunks in this frozen treat because it gives us pineapple juic to add when we re-spin. Crushed pineapple can also be used. If you want to use fresh or frozen pineapple, add more coconut milk (or other dairy-free milk) or even orange juice to re-spin.
- Coconut Cream: Coconut cream makes this Ninja Creami pineapple dole whip extra rich, but coconut milk works as well.
- Honey: Adds natural sweetness to balance the tartness of the pineapple. You can use sugar if you prefer.
- Lemon Juice: Enhances the overall brightness and flavor of the Dole Whip but can be omitted.
- Vanilla Extract: Use a good quality. Vanilla bean paste is also a good option.
- Sea Salt: Elevates the other flavors and balances the sweetness.
Tips and Tricks
- The Re-Spin is Key: After the initial process, your Dole whip will have the consistency of ice cream. The added liquid and respin is key to achieving that soft serve ice cream texture.
- Taste Test: After blending, taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness with more honey if needed.
- Additions and Variations: For a different flavor twist, consider adding mangos or bananas to complement the pineapple flavor.
- Storage Tips: Store any leftovers in the freezer and reprocess in the Ninja Creami before serving to refresh the texture.

Storing
You can pre-make this dole whip Ninja Creami recipe and keep the pints in the freezer for about three months. Then, simply churn it when you are ready to enjoy.
To make multiple batches, select the slider on the recipe card below, and it will adjust the quantities for you. (Of course, be mindful of the size of your blender when scaling!)
Once churned, it is best enjoyed immediately for that soft-serve texture. If you do have leftover pineapple dole whip that has already been churned in, add a tablespoon of liquid and re-spin it before enjoying.
