Ingredients

  • 16 ounces diced mango chunks
  • cup sugar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Place the mango chunks, sugar, water, lime juice and salt in a blender. Process until smooth, adding more water if necessary.
  • Taste, and adjust the sweetness if desired. (Mangos can vary wildly in sweetness depending on how ripe they are.)
  • Pour into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  • Remove the pint from the freezer and secure on the Ninja Creami base. Select the SORBET button, and process according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
