1 ½ cups half and half ⅓ cup sugar ½ teaspoon mint extract ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract ⅛ teaspoon salt 4 - 6 drops green food coloring optional ¼ cup miniature chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
Place the half-and-half sugar, mint extract, vanilla extract, salt, and food coloring in a blender. Process until smooth.
Transfer to a Creami pint container and freeze for 24 hours.
Remove the lid, and place in the outer bowl of the Creami. Add the lid and lock in place on the unit.
Press the ice cream button and process according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Make a well in the center of the ice cream, and add the chocolate. Return to the base and process on re-spin.
