This easy recipe creates clusters that are unapologetically nutty, gooey, and perfectly sweet. Ingredients

  • 2 cups pecans chopped
  • 2 cups caramel sauce or dulce de leche
  • 12 ounces milk chocolate

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
  • Place the pecans in a bowl, and add the dulce de lethe.  Stir to combine.
  • Drop the pecan mixture into clumps using two spoons.
  • Place the chocolate in a glass bowl.  Microwave for 1 minute.  Stir.  Continue to microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until fully melted.
  • Use a spoon to cover the caramel with chocolate.
  • Refrigerate until hardened, about 2 to 3 hours.  You can also freeze them.
