It's no secret that peanut butter and chocolate are a heavenly combination, so it should be no surprise that these air fryer peanut butter cookies are amazing. These cookies are soft, chewy, and full of delicious peanut butter flavor.

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon baking soda ¼ teaspoon baking powder ½ cup unsalted butter at room temperature ½ cup light brown sugar ½ cup granulated sugar ½ cup crunchy peanut butter 1 large egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder in a medium bowl.
In a stand mixer's bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar over medium speed until fluffy, about 3 minutes.
Add the peanut butter and beat until incorporated.
Scrape down the bowl, and add the egg and vanilla. Beat until incorporated.
Add the flour mixture and process until just incorporated.
Preheat your air fryer to 325° F.
Roll the cookies into balls and place them in your air fryer, cooking in batches if necessary.
Make a crosshatch design using a fork.
Cook for 7 to 8 minutes, until golden.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes, and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
