Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 large bunch of kale stemmed and torn (about 8 cups)
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 ½ cups cooked white beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 3 tablespoons toasted pine nuts optional

Instructions
