Greek Yogurt Ranch Dressing

Greek Yogurt Ranch Dressing is a lightened-up take on a much-loved classic.  But don’t worry - there is no sacrifice here!  This easy dip is herbaceous, drool-worthy, and so full of flavor you would swear you were indulging.  You are going to love this dressing.


– 1 cup Greek yogurt – ½ cup buttermilk – 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley or 2 teaspoons dried – 1 tablespoon fresh chopped oregano or 1 teaspoon dried – ½ tablespoon fresh chopped dill or ½ teaspoon dried – 1 teaspoon minced garlic – 1 teaspoon onion powder – 1 teaspoon sea salt – ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper.

– Combine the yogurt, buttermilk, parsley, oregano, dill, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

– Using a whisk or immersion blender, blend the ingredients until thoroughly combined.

– Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Healthy Zucchini Chips are great dipped in ranch dressing with Greek yogurt.
