- 16 ounces Hillshire Farm Uncured Ham Steak cut into ¾-inch cubes
- 12 ounces chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grape tomatoes quartered
Dressing
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar
- ¾ cup oil I used extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons sweetener of choice I used powdered erythritol
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss the ham, lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes.
- In a blender combine the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, sweetener, Dijon mustard, and thyme. Season to taste with salt and pepper and process until emulsified.
