- 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt

- Sweetener of choice, to taste
- 1/2 cup ice
- Place milk, yogurt, and chopped Cookies & Cream Pure Protein Plus Bar in a blender. Process until smooth. Taste and add sweetener and ice and process until the ice is chopped. Serve immediately.
