This Salted Caramel Latte is so easy to make and the perfect indulgence for your morning. Make it dairy-free by using dairy-free milk!

I’ve joked before that I am all about the liquids.

Although (obviously) I love food, I am ridiculously in love with my coffee, tea, and wine.

To me, there is no better way to start the day than with an excellent cup of coffee.

Until recently, I didn’t know just how easy it could be to make a Cappuccino or Latte at home. And I certainly didn’t know that I could be enjoying beverages that are better than most of what I get out!

Then I had the chance to try the DeLonghi Eletta Top Fully Automatic Espresso, Cappuccino and Coffee Machine with One Touch LatteCrema System and Milk Drinks Menu machine.

    .Mind. Blown.

It is such a pleasure to use. I’ve been waking up every morning while the house is still quiet so that I can savor the experience of designing the perfect cup of coffee. I take some much needed alone time to reflect on my goals for the day ahead.

This simple ritual has gone a long way towards me staying sane during an otherwise crazy time of year. Thanks to the De’Longhi Eletta Cappuccino machine I start off every day feeling indulged.

Most days I am up between 4 am and 5 am, so I’m not ready to create anything complicated.

Lucky for me the De’Longhi bean to cup machine delivers freshly brewed espresso in just one touch, thanks to the patented Latta Crema System. Suddenly, my favorite creamy latte or bold cappuccino is doable even at what some might consider an uncivilized hour.

Now I will confess - when I first unpacked the machine, I was more than a little intimidated.

I quickly learned just how easy it was to use!

Once the water and bean container are filled, you can select the desired strength of your coffee, from an Extra-mild taste all the way to an Extra-strong taste. The stronger you go, the more coffee the integrated burr grinder grinds to use in your drink. There is also the option to use pre-ground coffee if you choose.

The machine comes with a convenient milk container that you can store right in the fridge and then insert into the machine. You then set the dial to your desired level of foam and the type of drink you would like it to make. From Espresso and Macchiato to Cappuccino and Cafe Lattes, this machine has you covered.

In addition to using the machine for my morning coffee, it is also a convenient way to make tea. You can attach the hot water spout, and the machine will deliver 8.5 ounces of hot water. You can also use this attachment to heat or froth milk.

The De’Longhi Eletta Cappuccino machine the perfect Christmas gift for that super-special person on your list…or even yourself!

Around the holidays, my favorite indulgence is a special drink, like this Salted Caramel Latte. It is so easy to make and will rock your world.

That sounds so amazing! I love flavored coffees like this, but I've never tried making one at home. This would save me a TON of money.
