    This Smokey Garlic Popcorn is a great healthy snack that won't blow your diet.  A great recipe to take your popcorn snacking to the next level.

    For years, I’ve to struggle to maintain my ideal weight, especially since Skye was born.

    For a long time, time this baffled me because I eat healthy food.

    Then I started paying attention to calories, and I discovered something - my portions were way out of control.

     

    I was doing pretty well at meal times. But my snacks were a problem.

    Once I got my portions under control, losing weight got so much easier.

    Since I love to snack so much, portion-controlled snacks are essential.

    Luckily, Weight Watchers® has my back. I love the Weight Watchers® Endorsed Jolly Time Pop Corn, which comes in both microwave and pre-popped popcorn. It jus received the first ever Good Housekeeping seal of approval for a food brand. The mini bags with 100 calories each is perfect for portion control. They have just 3 SmartPoint® value per serving.

    It is great on its own, but sometimes I get creative and quickly season it like in today’s Smokey Garlic Popcorn. Either way, it is a great afternoon snack.

    I also love Weight Watchers® String Cheese which is made with real milk and individually wrapped for portion control With just 1 SmartPoint® value per serving it is a great snack or addition to a meal.

    Smokey Garlic Popcorn

    Ingredients

    • 5 cups popcorn
    • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
    • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon sea salt

    Instructions

    • Melt coconut oil in a small saucepan. Add paprika, garlic and salt and stir to combine.
    • Place popcorn in a large bowl and toss with coconut oil mixture.
