I have to admit that I was late to the pumpkin party.
All things pumpkin took the online world by storm years ago, but at the time I didn’t know what all the fuss was about. You see, I’d never cooked with pumpkin, beyond a pumpkin pie. It just wasn’t something I grew up doing, and I had never been inspired to give it a try.
